The True Taste of Yakiniku

The secret to great grilled meat lies in heat control.
Sear the surface quickly over high heat to lock in the juices.
But if the heat is too low, internal moisture expands and escapes, leaving the meat dry and flavorless.
Fuuga maintains an optimal cooking zone of around 428°F (medium high heat),
preserving both the smoky aroma and juiciness that define authentic yakiniku.

Burn the Smoke, Clear the Air

While preserving the delicious aroma that defines yakiniku,
unwanted smoke is drawn in by a built in fan,
where grease is filtered out and the remaining vapor is incinerated by a burner.
This circulating smoke removal system enables effective deodorization even without a duct.
In our in house tests, it successfully eliminated more than 70 percent of oily smoke particles.
