“Our pizza oven is gas-powered, which makes it easy to control and ensures consistent quality no matter who operates it. In hotel management, we can’t always assign a dedicated staff member, but by standardizing procedures, even new employees are able to maintain the same level of quality.
We also place a strong focus on local sourcing, purchasing vegetables from contracted suppliers here in Shiga Prefecture. For lunch, we offer a half-buffet where guests can choose their main dish, while dinner is a full buffet. À la carte options are available in the café, so please feel free to stop by and enjoy.”
