FAQ

Can it really be used with the door open?
Yes. The Chiaro series is designed to operate with the door open, allowing it to be used safely and effectively in that configuration.
The thermometer reading seems different from the actual temperature. Is it broken?
The analog thermometer provides a general reference rather than a precise measurement. Users typically adjust based on baking results and experience.
The lava stone has cracked. Can it be repaired?
Unfortunately, lava stone cannot be repaired. Replacement with a new lava stone is required.
Does the exterior of the oven get hot?
The exterior can become hot, so proper clearance should be maintained. A dedicated protective cover is available for added safety.
Can larger models be installed on the second floor or above?
Yes. Larger models can be installed on upper floors, as they are designed to be disassembled and transported by elevator when required.
