A special ceramic clay, made from an original blend of lava stone, ceramic clay, and heat retaining minerals, is poured into a mold and shaped.
After being removed from the mold, each chamber is sun dried for six months, allowing it to absorb ample natural minerals before being finished into its refined dome and arch form.
The oven floor is made from a single 50 millimeter thick slab of natural lava stone, carefully selected from the finest materials across four countries for optimal oven cooking performance.
The essence of stone oven baking lies in the balance of infrared radiation, heat retention, and odor neutralization.
For example, lava stone from Mt. Fuji is known for its deep black color and large porous structure.
However, its low density yields weaker infrared radiation and reduced durability, which makes it unsuited for professional use.

Through numerous commercial installations, we have often received requests for an electric powered model.
However, conventional heaters have a technical limitation: the maximum temperature of the heating element is lower than the heat resistance of the heater itself.
Because of this property, typical heaters are poorly suited for pizza ovens that must maintain consistent high temperatures throughout the chamber.
To overcome this challenge, we collaborated with manufacturers both in Japan and overseas, and ultimately developed a special Super Sheath Heater.
Reaching 500°C with an output of just 6.2 kW, it is comparable to a compact commercial oven while achieving heat resistance strong enough to withstand its own radiant energy.
