FAQ

What happens if food is cooked at 600°C?
Everything will burn and turn to charcoal. We strongly advise against doing this.
Is it only for cooking chicken?
No. It can be used for a wide variety of foods beyond chicken. Because the oven produces extremely strong radiant heat, cooking can be completed in a very short time. Steaks in particular can be finished in about one minute.
What is the opening at the bottom of the body?
It is a flame inspection window. When igniting the unit, please use it to confirm that combustion has started properly.
Can larger models be installed on the second floor or above?
Yes. Larger models can be installed on upper floors, as they are designed to be disassembled and transported by elevator when required.
